실속파들을 위한 도심 속 신나는 휴양지 조선닷컴 미디어취재팀 media@chosun.com 여행은 '멀리 가야 한다'는 고정 관념을 깨고 도심 속 자연을 찾는 실속파들이 늘고 있다. 서울시 내 공원 중에도 피크닉장과 생태공원을 갖춘 곳이 있어 주말이면 가족단위 휴양객들로 장사진을 이루고 있다. 서울시 강동구 일자산자연공원으로 가보자. 엄마, 아빠와 함께 캠핑장에서 1박2일 둔촌동 일자산자연공원에 자리 잡는 강동그린웨이 가족캠핑장은 도심 속에서도 시골 정취를 느끼면서 캠핑과 바비큐파티를 즐길 수 있는 곳이다. 상일IC 방면 우측에 강동그린웨이 캠핑장이라는 이정표를 따라 허브천문공원을 지나면 캠핑장이 나온다. 하늘 높이 솟은 나무와 새, 매미 소리가 마치 시골에 온 듯한 느낌을 준다. 전체기사 보기

[20100401] 첼시 하버디자인센타를 가다. | 2010 UK / journey http://blog.naver.com/vovoleta/40111991113 내 첫 유럽출장은 저, 그만 두겠습니다라는 당당한 말로 인해 물건너 갔고.. 지금 이 순간이 출장을 온 것같은 기분? 설레인다. 첫만남, 첫인상, 우리 자주 볼 것같다 :) 그곳이 디자인센터라고 알려주는 글씨와 같은 색상의 꽃이 제일 먼저 들어온다. 종이로 만들어진 양들. 금방이라도 음메-라며 울것같은 눈으로 바라본다. 정말 날아 오를 것같은 조형물들이 눈을 사로잡는다. 분명 어제까지 많은 비가 왔고 그래서 너무 추워졌다는데. 고맙다, 런던. 나에게 이런 하늘을 볼 수 있게 해줘서. 첼시하버디자인센터는 이렇게 생겼습니다. 화장실 입구. 디자인센터 답게 놓치기 쉬운 공간까지 디자인이란 이름으로 배려했다. 우리도 그들처럼 그들과 함께 샌드위치에 커피를 마시며 조금 여유를 부리다 이곳을 벗어났다. 이 날, 공부하는 학생이라고 하니 쇼핑백 가득 브로셔와 포스트잇, 연필을 챙겨줬던 ROMO 매장 언니 너무 고마웠음! http://blog.naver.com/vovoleta/40111991113

용인으로 떠나는 전통문화와 자동차 체험, 희원과 삼성자동차박물관 아이들의 여름방학이 시작되었네요. 방학이면 방학대로 학기중이면 학기중인 대로 신경 쓰이기는 마찬가지인 존재가 아이들이죠. 오히려 방학에 아이들에게 더 시달리는지도 모르겠네요. 이번 주 ‘아이와 함께 떠나요’의 추천 코스는 용인입니다. 에버랜드가 있어 가끔 가게 되는 곳이죠. 이번 여행 코스는 에버랜드 부근의 전통정원 희원과 삼성자동차박물관입니다. 희원은 아이들과 함께 조용히 우리 전통 문화를 느껴볼 수 있는 곳이고, 삼성자동차박물관은 아이들이 신나게 자동차에 대해 알아볼 수 있는 곳입니다. 호암미술관과 함께 있는 희원(熙園)은 1997년 5월에 개원한 우리의 전통 정원입니다. 삼성그룹의 창업주인 이병철 회장의 수집품을 전시하는 호암미술관의 정원이라 할 수 있습니다. 호암미술관이 1982년 4월에 문을 열었으니 호암미술관이 문을 연 지 15년만에 호암미술관에 어울리는 정원이 개원한 셈입니다. 흔히 희원을 전통 정원이라 말하는데 사실 우리나라의 전통 정원은 여러가지 형태가 있습니다. 궁궐의 중궁전에 있는 화계와, 중전과 왕실 사람들을 위한 궁궐의 후원도 왕실의 전통 정원이죠. 또 담양의 소쇄원이나 보길도의 부용동은 주변 경관을 잘 보전하면서 꾸며진 사대부의 전통 정원입니다. 이렇게 경관을 그대로 살린 정원은 따로 원림이라 부르기도 합니다. 또 강진의 다산초당처럼 작은 연못 하나 파고 화초 몇 그루를 키우던 작은 정원도 있습니다. 이런 정원들이 성격과 형태가 다 다르지만 모두 우리의 전통 정원이라 할 수 있습니다. 이 여러 형태의 전통 정원에는 공통점이 두 가지 있습니다. 첫째는 가능한 한 인공적인 가공을 하지 않은 점과 연못이 있다는 점이죠. 우리 전통 정원은 일본이나 중국의 전통 정원과 달리 연못을 기묘하게 꾸미거나 다리를 놓는 식으로 화사하게 꾸미지 않았습니다. 될 수 있는 한 자연 그대로를 살리려 했죠. 또 연못이 하나 있는데 연못은 사각형으로 만들고 그 사각 연못 안에 둥근 섬을 하나 만들었습...
