소원이 이루어진다는 고구마꽃

나이드신 분들도 고구마 꽃을 잘 보지 못하셨답니다. 어느분이 말씀하시길 고구마꽃이 피면 나라에 좋은일이 생긴다 한다.

해방당시 고구마꽃이 피고나서 해방이 되었다하며 나라에 무슨좋은일이 생길 징조라 합니다.

덧붙혀 하시는 말씀이 이렇게 좋은꽃 을 혼자만 보냐면서 여러사람이 함께보면서 행운을 나눌수 있도록 표시판을 세우라는 말씀이시라.

"고구마꽃 구경하세요"

그래서 급조하여 고구마밭 앞에다 여러사람이 볼 수 있도록 표시판을 써붙혔습니다. 이꽃을 보며 여러사람이 행운을 갖었으면 하는 바램입니다.

고구마꽃 사이로 내장산 서래봉과 연지봉이 보입니다.

왜 산에 가야 하는가

왜 산에 가야 하는가

사람은 산을 걷는것 만으로도 만병을 낫게 할 수 있다

인간은 태초에 산을 걸으며 진화해 왔다. 걷지 않으면 병이 생긴다

나이가 들수록 자주 산에 가야만 한다. 왜냐면 사람도 자연의 일부라서 자연과 조화를 이루며 살아야 하기때문이다.

그리고 산속에서 품어 나오는 음이온등 여러물질이 사람의 모든 질병에 자유 치유 능력이 있기 때문이다.

그러나 문명의 이기로 자연을 파괴하고 자연을 멀리하고 살고있는 도시 사람들은 운동이 많이 부족하다.

부족한 운동을 산행으로 보충하는 것이 자연의 섭리에 따라 사는 것과 같은 것이다

사람과 자연의 연과이 태초부터 그러하기 때문이다

산에 가는것은 우리의 숙명이다. 우리 선조는 모두 산에서 태어났고 옛날에는 대부분의 사람들이 농민이었다

농부란 산에서 나무를 하는 산사람과 같은 것이다

그러나 현대인은 산을 떠나 별로 걷지않고 많이 앉아만 있게되어 병이 생긴다

병이란 것은 기가가 정체되고 순환이 안되어 생기는 것이다

기가 쌓이는 에너지의 장기는 바로 간이다. 간이 약화되면 피로가 쌓인다

현대인은 모두 간이 약화되어있다. 그래서 균형을 바로 잡아 주어야 한다

정체된 기를 바로 잡는 첫번째가 바로 걷기이다

그 중에 산행은 제일 좋은 걷기이다. 그래야 병을 치유 할 수있다고 말한다

"걷는것도 효율적으로 해야한다"

악을 쓰지말고 기분좋게 욕심을 버리고 천천히 걸으면서 참선하듯 운동하는것이 중요하다

그렇게 2~~3시간 정도 걷다보면 마음이 맑아지고 무념상태가 된다

곧 걸음은 참선이고 무아의경지에 진입하는 방법론이다

걷는 것에 있어서는 기간을 두지않는다. 왜냐하면 걷는 것은 만병을 다스리고 천수를 누리며 죽을때까지 하는 건강 비법이기때문이다
